Join us for Every Body Yoga and Barre’s 5-Day “Boot Camp”!
Designed to reset healthy habits in fitness, nutrition, and aspiring to new heights.

5-Day Boot Camp Includes:

  • “Plan for Success” Pre-Boot Camp Meeting (1 hour)
  • Goal-setting, accountability, and motivation
  • Nutrition tips and inspiration
  • 5 early morning group workouts (1 hour each)
  • 5 afternoon individual workouts (10 to 30 minutes each for independent completion)
  • Inspiration and group support
