I am so grateful to Kristin for sharing her love of yoga with me and our community. She brings her passion, skill and compassion to her students. Every Body Yoga
Yoga is for Every Body! Whether you are a first-timer, or an experienced practitioner, Every Body YOGA classes provide a sanctuary to escape your life demands and focus your attention inward for one hour of your day. Through this power vinyasa flow which is set to energizing music, you will connect mind and body through breath, tap into your core being, and awaken your authentic power.
Every Body Barre
Every Body Barre classes are a fusion of fitness movements inspired by yoga, pilates, orthopedic, and classical ballet barre exercises. These workouts combine high repetitions of small, isometric movements with proper alignment, followed by stretches for each muscle group. Altogether, these exercises sculpt your body, lengthen your muscles, and improve your overall physique. The classes are fueled by upbeat music and will enable you to radiate with life.
NEW: Yoga Fitness Fusion
Our newest Yoga Fitness Fusion class offers a strategic blend of various fitness modalities to help you ignite your power and rise to new fitness heights. Each class will include a warm up (through energetic grounding and yoga), infuse mindful cardio bursts (through HIIT, Tabata, and/or plyometric exercises), offer strength movements (with/without weights), build core strength (some pilates), and finally surrender and cool down (through more yoga and stretching). This is an efficient, high-intensity class (with options for lower impact modifications as desired) that will rev your metabolism, build strength and endurance, relieve stress, and boost pride and confidence.
Each year during the holiday season, Every Body Yoga and Barre hosts donation-based classes to benefit local individuals, families, and/or charities in need. Students are asked to provide input for donation recipients, so they may also feel a sense of ownership and gratification for their contributions.

Every Body Yoga is the perfect combination of strengthening and lengthening of your muscles. Kristin encourages us to clear our minds and to spend an hour of our days slowing down mentally in order to focus on ourselves physically. “Honor your body” is one of her key phases allowing one to go where the pose will take you without fear of judgment. Kristin also offers many options for each pose so it is challenging but comfortable for you no matter where you are on your yoga journey. I always leave her classes feeling rejuvenated on so many levels!
