Pre-Summer “BOOT CAMP” (6/7 – 6/11)

Join us for Every Body Yoga and Barre’s very first 5-Day “Boot Camp”!

Designed to reset healthy habits in fitness, nutrition, and aspiring to new heights.

 

5-Day Boot Camp Includes:

  • “Plan for Success” Pre-Boot Camp Meeting (1 hour)
  • Goal-setting, accountability, and motivation
  • Nutrition tips and inspiration
  • 5 early morning group workouts (1 hour each)
  • 5 afternoon individual workouts(10 to 30 minutes each for independent completion)
  • Inspiration and group support

Details:

  • “Plan for Success” Pre-Boot Camp Meeting:Wednesday, 6/1, 6:15 – 7:15 PM
    • Will cover goal-setting, tips on nutrition and self care, as well as suggested independent workouts/activities (10-30 minutes each) to be completed independently each afternoon during boot camp.
  • Schedule for 5 sunrise workouts:
    • Tuesday, 5:45 – 6:45 AM: Every Body YOGA
    • Wednesday, 6/8, 5:45 – 6:45 AM: Every Body BARRE
    • Thursday, 6/9, 5:45 – 6:45 AM: YOGA with Cardio Infusion
    • Friday, 6/10 5:45 – 6:45 AM: BARRE with Cardio Infusion
    • Saturday, 6/11, 6:45 – 7:45 AM: FITNESS FUSION (combination of interval and strength training, cardio, plyometrics, yoga, and barre)
    • Saturday, 6/11, 7:45 – 8:15 AM: Boot Camp Reflection and Celebration
